Clark Price

Minister Counselor for Economic Affairs

Woodward “Clark” Price arrived as the Economic Minister Counselor in August 2016.  He previously served as Deputy Chief of Mission in Yerevan, Armenia.  Clark also served in the Russia Directorate at the National Security Council.  Other previous Foreign Service posts include Athens (Economic Counselor), Tel Aviv (Deputy Economic Counselor), Nicosia and New Delhi.  He received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Chicago and Master of Arts in International Relations from John Hopkins SAIS.  Clark speaks German, Greek, and a bit of Armenian and Hebrew.
